Terms of Service

By accessing Myalt.Cash, purchasing or receiving a voucher, submitting a Web-Direct claim, or redeeming a voucher, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and be permitted to use digital-asset services in your location. You are responsible for complying with the laws, tax rules and reporting duties that apply to you.

Before payment, the applicable interface may display the voucher value, payment currency, exchange rate, processing charge, taxes where applicable, payment method and exact total payable. You must follow the current instructions shown for your reservation and pay the exact amount within the stated time.

Uploading a receipt or payment reference does not by itself prove payment or guarantee approval. Myalt.Cash or the assigned verifier may confirm the amount, recipient account, timestamp, reference and authenticity before releasing a voucher.

Do not send funds to an account or person that is not displayed through an official Myalt.Cash channel. Myalt.Cash is not responsible for payments voluntarily sent to an unauthorized or altered destination.

Treat an unrevealed or unused voucher code like cash. Anyone who obtains the code may attempt to redeem it. You must keep the code, QR image, device and account access secure and must not publish or forward them to an unintended recipient.

Each voucher can be redeemed only once. The expiry date shown on the voucher or issuer record controls. Submit redemption before expiry and allow enough time for any verification. Treatment of expired vouchers is subject to applicable law and the issuer's published support decision.

Contact Support@myalt.cash immediately if you believe an unreleased voucher was exposed. We cannot guarantee recovery after a valid code has been redeemed or disclosed outside our control.

Redeem vouchers only through the official redemption flow at myalt.cash. You must enter a wallet address that supports the selected asset and network and must review every character before confirming.

Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. Assets sent to an incorrect, incompatible or inaccessible address or network may be permanently lost. Myalt.Cash cannot retrieve assets from a wallet it does not control.

Completion times may vary because of verification, network congestion, maintenance, security review or events outside our reasonable control. A transaction hash or status page may be provided when available.

You must not use Myalt.Cash for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, theft, unauthorized account access, market manipulation, illegal goods or services, abusive automation, security testing without permission, or any activity that harms users or the platform.

We may request identity, payment, wallet, source-of-funds or transaction information where reasonably required for security, compliance or investigation. We may reject, pause, restrict or report activity when required by law or when risk indicators cannot be resolved.

A reservation may expire if payment or evidence is not received in time. If payment was made, contact support with the claim identifier and payment evidence. Do not make a second payment unless instructed through an official channel.

Refund or correction requests are reviewed according to the payment rail, voucher status, blockchain status, documented platform error and applicable consumer law. Once a voucher has been securely released, revealed, transferred or redeemed, cancellation may no longer be possible.

A voucher is not a bank deposit, bank account, investment product, security, insurance policy or promise of profit. Myalt.Cash does not provide investment, legal or tax advice.

Digital assets and exchange rates may be volatile. Network fees, protocols, wallet compatibility and regulatory treatment can change. You should understand the relevant asset and network before purchasing or redeeming a voucher.

We work to keep the services secure and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular processing time, continued support for every asset or network, or freedom from third-party outages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Myalt.Cash is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from market movement, an incorrect wallet address or network, disclosure of a voucher code, unauthorized third-party instructions, or an external network or payment-provider failure. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Myalt.Cash branding, software, page designs, voucher artwork and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use them only as necessary to access the services and may not impersonate the platform or create misleading copies.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Transaction and verification records may be retained where reasonably necessary for operations, security, dispute handling and legal compliance.

We may update these Terms to reflect service, security, legal or operational changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively unless law or urgent security needs require otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Myalt.Cash platform operator and the relevant transaction, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your location. Before starting formal proceedings, contact support so we can attempt to resolve the matter. Any unresolved dispute must be brought before a court or tribunal with lawful jurisdiction.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and transaction-specific disclosures form the agreement governing your use of the services.
